The SY215E is a 23.2-tonne battery-electric excavator for contractors who want zero emissions from the machine without losing digging performance. Its working figures match its diesel equivalent: 6,255 mm maximum dig depth, 9,725 mm reach and 138 kN bucket digging force.
A 150 kW electric motor gives instant torque. The cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate battery runs 6 to 8 hours per charge depending on the work, and CCS2 DC fast charging refills it in 1.5 hours. The cab is climate-controlled, with low noise and vibration.
