The SW956E is a 19,000 kg battery electric wheel loader for mining, construction and material handling. It produces no exhaust emissions and runs quietly, which helps on sites with noise limits or carbon targets.
It carries a 282kW·h CATL lithium iron phosphate battery. The drive motor peaks at 2800Nm, so torque arrives instantly. Charging uses a 300kW charger with two guns, and charge time depends on working conditions, so check it against your shift pattern. Fewer moving parts mean less routine maintenance than a diesel loader.
